ABOUT US

We're glad you're here!

Wherever you are in your journey of knowing and walking with Christ—even if you aren't sure about the whole church thing, there’s a place for you at Trinity Church. We welcome all people here, because we believe God loves and welcomes all people, regardless of age, faith, background, education, sex, social status, or anything else.

We believe that because of His desire to have a relationship with us, God became a human being. Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, is fully God and fully man. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus made it possible for all people to live in a relationship with God.

We believe in the worth and value of the human being. Created in God's image, humans have dignity. Their worth is dependent not on accomplishments, but on God's love. Because God sees humanity as worth dying for, we affirm and acknowledge the diginity of humans.

WHO WE ARE

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help our neighbors make a positive, life-changing connection with Jesus Christ. We believe that the church, be it a local congregation or the worldwide fellowship of believers, is the body of Christ. As His Body, we are called to worship Him, serve Him, and be the vehicle through which the Good News in its fullness is shared with the world. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the presence of Jesus Christ among us. Through Him, God loves, empowers, and lives in us. The Spirit gives gifts to all believers. We believe in all the types of gifts from the spirit and encourage their use to spread God's Good Word.

OUR VISION

We believe in the worth and value of the human being. Created in God's image, humans have dignity. Their worth is dependent not on accomplishments, but on God's love. Because God sees humanity as worth dying for, we affirm and acknowledge the diginity of humans. At the same time, we acknowledge that humanity is separated from God because of sin. We joyfully proclaim the Good News that because of Jesus Christ, forgiveness is a possibility. It is that forgiveness that restores fallen humanity's worth. We believe in and anticipate the return of Jesus Christ. Though we don't know the day or our, we joyfully proclaim His soon return to inspire all people to make the most of life today.

OUR VALUES

We believe in the Triune God- God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge one God in these three persons. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. Through it, God reveals Himself to us. The Old and New Testaments are the norm and guide upon which we base our faith. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We practice the Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion, the Lord's Supper, and much more.

OUR HISTORY

SMALL BEGINNINGS

During these past 75 years, we have raised up over 10 pastors, supported 7 missionaries, developed 15 youth leaders, and made hundreds of disciples. We instigated the formation of Teens Encounter Christ in Wisconsin and Sonrise, Via de Cristo as well as our new Revive Spiritual Retreats. Come celebrate all the blessings that God has provided us as a congregation.

Small beginnings, original founders of Trinity Church in Pell Lake, Wisconsin

Trinity is part of the LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ) denomination: "We view the local church as the place where people in the community come to get connected with God and one another. We celebrate the fact that everyone is wired a little differently; it allows each

and every one of us to serve according to our own unique strengths, skills and talents."
